Is it possible to return the goods?

If you order a product that won't fit you, you can return it within 100 days without giving reasons. Just print out the return form, fill it out, and send the goods back to our e-shop. To which address should I send the goods back?

Please, keep the parcel number. We might need it if the package is lost or delayed.

Do I need to enclose returns/exchange form or claim form into the package with the goods that I'm sending?

Yes, if you want to return/exchange goods or make a claim, please, put the returns/exchange form or claim form into the package with the goods. If you didn't, please, send us the information needed for handling your return/exchange/claim via e-mail to hello@dedoles.co.uk or via our contact form here (https://www.dedoles.co.uk/contact-9) and our customer support will forward it to our Complaints Department.

Can I exchange the product for another one?

If you do not like the product or it does not fit you, you can send it back to us. Information about Returns can be found here. (https://www.dedoles.co.uk/exchange-return-claim-1) It is not possible to send the goods back to us for an exchange. In case you received a damaged product or a product with a production mistake, please, send the photo to our customer service (hello@dedoles.co.uk) and you will get the information about the further procedure.

Where do I find the product codes needed for the returns/exchange/claim form?

You can find the product codes of particular goods in the invoice for your order, which is sent to you by e-mail. The codes are in front of every product's name. See here: You can also find the product codes directly on our website - just click on "Show more" on the particular product's page:

Is it possible to refund my money via postal order?

Unfortunately not. We usually return the money the same way we received it (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.). In case you fill out the return form, we ask you to provide us with your account number in order to make a refund.

If I decide to return the goods, will you reimburse the shipping fee?

Unfortunately not. The shipping costs are reimbursed only if the product you received was damaged, swapped, or you haven't ordered it at all. But in the mentioned cases we suggest you send the photos to our customer service first (hello@dedoles.co.uk). They will inform you about further steps.

What if my return parcel gets lost at the post office or you won't receive it?

That's OK, just send us the certificate of posting with the parcel number and let us know how you would like to solve the return, so we can process it to your satisfaction.

What if I receive damaged goods?

Although we put much effort to sell only high-quality products, it can happen that some of our products may be damaged or have a production mistake. In case you receive damaged goods, please send a photo to our customer service here (https://www.dedoles.co.uk/contact). They will do their best to solve the problem to your satisfaction.
