Where can I check the delivery status of my parcel?
After shipping your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a tracking link. The delivery status can be then tracked on the website of the delivery company that you have chosen.
When will my order be shipped?
Information about the goods dispatching is visible on our website right under the button "Add to cart" on the right side of the image. The goods are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. The goods are then picked up by the carrier, who informs the customer of the exact delivery date.
If I have more than one estimated delivery date, which one should I rely on?
If you selected more items with different delivery dates, please always take into account the latest one.

Can I change the delivery date or address when the parcel has already been dispatched?
The delivery address can be changed as long as the order has not yet been moved to the dispatch and is not in the packaging process. Please, contact our customer service here (mailto:hello@dedoles.co.uk) with your request. The delivery date cannot be changed.
