Is it possible to order a gift voucher on your website?

We currently offer gift vouchers in 6 amounts: £ 10, £ 15, £ 25, £ 50, £ 75, and £ 100. You can find them here: Gift vouchers | Dedoles (https://www.dedoles.co.uk/gift-vouchers) If you want to buy the gift voucher, you'll need to place an order for it like for any other product from our website.

In what form do you send gift vouchers?

We send gift vouchers only electronically to the e-mail address provided in your order.

How long is a gift voucher valid for?

A gift voucher is valid until the 31st December of the next year after the year it was bought. For example, if you buy a gift voucher in 2021, it will be valid until the 31st December 2022.

How can I apply a gift voucher in my order?

Every gift voucher has a unique code that has to be applied in the first step of the ordering process in the shopping cart. You have to insert the code into the box "Discount code / Gift voucher" and press the "Redeem" button. The code must be entered into the voucher code box in the same format as it was delivered to you.

Does a gift voucher cover also the shipping costs?

Yes, a gift voucher is applied to the whole order including shipping.

How many gift vouchers can I buy in 1 order?

You can buy up to 25 gift vouchers in 1 order. If you'd like to buy more, you'll have to place more orders.

Can I divide the value of a gift voucher and use it in more orders?

We are sorry, but a gift voucher can only be used once, it cannot be used for more than 1 order.

Can I use a gift voucher for an order on Dedoles in a different country than it was purchased?

We are sorry, but a gift voucher can only be used to buy products on Dedoles website in the country it was purchased in.

What if the final price of my order is lower than the value of a gift voucher?

The rest of a gift voucher's value automatically expires without any compensation. A gift voucher can only be used once and in one order. That's why we recommend to use the whole value of it.

Can I exchange a gift voucher for cash?

A gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can I cancel a gift voucher?

A gift voucher can only be cancelled by the buyer, and that is only within the 14-day period after buying it. The payment will be returned to the buyer's bank account.

What if I need to return goods from an order paid for by a gift voucher?

In case you're returning goods from an order paid for by the gift voucher, the funds will be returned to you.
